Pet Documentation: By selecting this option, all import/export paperwork will be handled, ensuring smooth and hassle-free travel for your pet.

Once you have paid for your ticket, your seat is reserved. Your flight will be confirmed once the 75% threshold has been met and you will be given at least 28 days notice.

Before your Flight:

You'll receive a comprehensive Flight Brief covering all essential flight details, including a personalised seating plan. We'll discuss this with you and address any queries you may have. Whilst we make every effort to fulfill seat location requests, please understand that the seating allocation primarily depends on the size and quantity of pets travelling with us.

On the Day:
You will meet at the selected private terminal, free from queues, ensuring comfort for you and your pets. Typically, passengers are advised to arrive 60 minutes before departure. Boarding typically begins approximately 15 minutes before departure and dogs can walk up or be carried on a lead, with our pet-friendly crew offering support. Your luggage will be loaded and crew will be able to help with any hand luggage.

Each passenger is limited to 30kg of baggage (due to aircraft size and payload capacity restrictions). Hand luggage is included in the total baggage allowance weight and we kindly request that you bring only a small carry-on as cabin space is limited due the presence of pets. Do let us know if you require more luggage and we will be happy to help if possible!

The Flight:
Once settled, you can unpack your dog's blankets, make yourself comfortable and indulge in a glass of champagne. There will be a flight attendant who will attend to your needs. When you arrive at your destination, your aircraft will be met by the local vet to scan the microchips of your pets and cross reference the paperwork that has been precleared. No queuing and stress free!
